Due to weather damage and permit requirements that were not followed by a prior owner, our sun room addition and foundation had to be demolished and rebuilt. Anyone who has gone through this process knows the stress that accompanies construction. Brian was always available to address and resolve our concerns (permits, underground wiring, sprinkler lines, pool plumbing, etc ) and was invaluable in researching and obtaining materials that we specified.
